Use of wooden construction and clean energy
The buildings are made with an environmentally friendly wooden construction. Other than consumables, the furniture and appliances provided with the apartment are shared for a certain period of time.
Furthermore, the majority of electricity used during daily life is provided by clean energy.
Water Conservation
Water conservation devices are installed in the shower, kitchen, and washbasin.
In addition to economizing water resources, water conservation also reduces CO2 emissions.
Multilingual Support
Approximately 40% of TOKYO<β> tenants are foreigners.
For this reason, multilingual support staff handle inquiries from tenants in various languages.
Diversity
One of our cleaning company partners, Valt Japan, hires workers with disabilities in cooperation with a labor support office.
We support our workers' independence through cleaning at TOKYO<β> properties. We also launched the Inclusive Green Art PROJECT and filled the shared space at TOKYO<β> properties with art from artists with disabilities. Our hope is that a lifestyle surrounded by art will both maintain and improve the sense of beauty of our residents.
